As you may or not be aware, The Kingdom has Elections running for the “Prime Minister” and “Sovereign Electives” positions. I will be answering any questions, and informing you all about this election, how it works, who is currently running etc.
Who ran for the positions?
Those who ran for the two positions had to meet these requirements:
Must be an iL member
The member needs to be involved in at least one team, with the exception of Transfer Unit.
The members must be able to complete all the duties & responsibilities of their chosen position.
The members must be active in base for a minimum of two hours daily throughout the whole term (4 months)
The members need to be accessible via KiK.
The members who ran for Sovereign Electives, went in teams of two. And those who ran for Prime Minister ran solo.
What will the next two weeks look like?
The next upcoming two weeks will be filled with many things which will then lead onto the results of who earned which position. Before I mention the things like Speeches & Votings, I’d like to mention something you will see on the forums. We have a section called “Royal Election - Campaigns” which is where you will see the current members who are running, posting their introductions, speeches, notes, & ideas throughout the two weeks. You will also see different slogans & names for each running team.
Speeches will occur, and they will be hosted by the Heiress to the Throne (Phusion). Each party needs to present a speech, and each & every candidate needs to attend & present part of their speech. Debates will also occur, which will still be hosted by the Heiress to the Throne. This will include the Prime Minister Candidate Debate & the Sovereign Electives Candidate Debate. The parties will ask each other questions, and it will give each member a chance to explain why they are better than the opposing party.
Eventually it will move onto the voting & results. The voting process will include KoH members who have worked for at least one week, and they will need to be Trades Worker+ to be eligible to vote for who they want. Of course, these votes will stay anonymous, so you do not need to worry. When it comes to the Results, it is pretty obvious. The party that has the most votes will win this Royal Election!
Who is in the running still?
Here are the members which are currently still in the running & their campaign names:

What is the election?
I have pretty much explained all the details of it so far, but it is basically something that occurs every 4 months in the Kingdom, where iL members get involved in elections to fight their way to become their chosen position, which is either Sovereign Elective or Prime Minister. You may be wondering what these positions are, so of course I will explain them more to you. The Prime Minister is a 1iL rank, however not a Founder. Members who run for this need to run solo, since there is only one position. Prime Minister will be like a representative of the Heiress to the Throne, they will need to do things that are pretty similar to what the Heiress does. Some things will be hosting any meetings, giving in ideas which will help KoH, updating policies on the main website etc. Sovereign Electives will have the 1.5 iL rank. For this, members will run in teams of two, since there are two positions. These members will be representatives of founder’s & their personal assistants. One of the members will be the Prince’s Rep (Andrewday11’s), and the other will be the Princess’s Rep (-Kaylalicious’s). These members will be assisting the founder & helping with duties.
How will it change KoH?
During the 4 month term, the changes will mostly occur to the elected members. They will become more busy with duties & responsibilities, they will need to put a lot of effort into KoH (more than before!), helping & becoming a role model for the other iLs who are interested in running after the current 4 month term is over, and so many more. The members will be gaining experience throughout the Term.
You may see some policy changes, and maybe some new ideas being implemented here are there, but other than that, we’re not aware of what’s to come up in the upcoming term! Things will be changing no matter what!
Anything else we should know?
Nope! Nothing else, really. Other than, please do not be disheartened if the party/member you had voted for didn’t get elected, or if you were running & you hadn’t been elected. You will have chances another time, so please do not be upset by it & stay happy, support your friends & carry on helping KoH the way you did before!
