Ask TKC #10: The New Pay

Hello and welcome again to the new Ask TKC, and today I will be answering any questions that may be crossing some workers’ minds, and this is all about the new pay system!
What is this unlimited daily pay?
The new unlimited daily pay is a very unique system that has been recently added to the Kingdom. This new system allows all members of any rank to receive “unlimited daily pay” at KoH! Every member will need to make a Pay Log, so that the In Lines of the Kingdom will be able to distribute “pay points”. Every member can collect these pay points that will be able to be redeemed for coins, or a promotion! Now, of course some people may think or ask, what is the whole point of changing the pay system so suddenly? Well, like said on the website the idea of this actual system is to increase potential pay to harder working members. It is a much easier & simpler method of payment aswell!
How can I get paid?
Once you have pay points you will have the option to redeem these points. You will have the choice of redeeming them like so:
1 Pay Points = 1 Coin
3 Pay Points = A Promotion
Of course, this is your own decision!
Now, this question mainly focuses on how you get paid, so. Once you have these pay points, you can walk along to the Help Desk and ask for a 2iL to redeem these coins! They will then trade you the coins, and the points will be deducted from your account. For example, if you had 6 pay points, and asked for 4 of the points to be redeemed to coins, you would have 2 pay points left!
How do I make a log?
There is a lovely guideline on the main website on how to make it! You can navigate to Education > How to:Pay Log Creation.
However, I will copy the instructions here, for those who don’t want to go to the main website.
1 ) Firstly, navigate to the Kingdom's General Forum by using our site.
2) If you do not have a forums account, you will need to click "Sign Up" and use a valid email to create an account. Your forum display name should be your Habbo username. (If you are a Castle Worker and above, it should be as follows: YourUsername [YourTag].)
3) Once your Forum Account has been created, scroll to "The Kingdom's Log" section. Click "Pay Logs" under the Pay System heading.
4) Click on the first topic and copy and paste the template. Then navigate to "Start New Topic" to create your Pay Log
5) Title your log as follows: YourUsername's Pay Log - Your ID#. Paste the template in the body text box and click "Submit".
And there you go, that’s your log completed! In Line members will now comment either distributing pay points, or deducting.
Who can make logs and get paid?
Anyone of any rank is able to make logs & get paid! There is NO rank requirement for this. All you need is a forums account and a Pay Log! That’s it.
What things earn you pay points?
Working hard & putting in effort into the work will get you pay points.
Doing important things around the Kingdom such as recruiting new members, training, welcoming new members warmly into KoH, answering any questions whenever anyone has any, participating in theme days, encouraging LRs to participate in theme days, team & forum participation etc. are so many things that will help you earn those pay points. All you need to do is be yourself, be helpful & encouraging and I assure you, that that is the way to go!
Will the General Meetings still happen? If so, why should I go?
Of course the General Meetings will still take place! At the same time, in the same place! General Meetings are needed to update members on any important information, new changes in the Kingdom, and any events that will be taking place. Those are important things to note down, and you should be eager to know about them. It’s a great way to catch up to anything you might have missed, or anything you had not known about.
Payment will no longer be done at the General Meetings, since the new pay system has been added, so instead, you can get yourself a promotion! Promotions are important, remember that. Gaining them at General Meetings are like a reward for everything that you have done throughout the week, so go ahead and reward yourself!
