Online Services & Royal Reinforcements

As you all may know by now, KoH has many different teams. Two of these teams will be mentioned in this report - OLS (Online Service Team) and also RR (Royal Reinforcements). We will be going over what these two teams do and who is in charge.

OLS (Online Service)

Let’s start with OLS. It serves to address all the online needs of the Kingdom of Habbo. Online Services are responsible to maintain the Kingdom’s forum portal and social media outputs. OLS aims to provide the Kingdom with concise content and moderation of all online activity.

There are 4 different roles within Online Services. These consist of:

-Kik Moderators

-Forum Moderators

-Social Media Moderators

-Graphic Designers

Kik Moderators:

Kik Moderators monitor Kik chats to ensure that no inappropriate language is being used, also no inappropriate content is being sent such as images and videos. The Kik Moderators also remove any inactive or ex KoH members from the chats to ensure there is room in the chat for others.

Forum Moderators:

Forum Moderators ensure that all KoH members are logging correctly, within the correct log types provided. Also the forum Moderators ensure that all user’s forum accounts are created in correct format which is “Habbo Username”. Forum Moderators give and logs forum warnings to members that are not following the forum policies. They also have the power to delete/edit logs or posts which are not being logged correctly. Also notifies team leader or a forum admin of any incorrect forum usernames that needs to be fixed.

Social Media Moderators:

Updates the Facebook and twitter as often as possible with information on what’s been happening with and in the kingdom. Social Media Moderators host monthly competitions on either Facebook or twitter to win prizes. They also post pictures of events, theme days, and of anything else that is going on with and in the kingdom on all KoH social media sites.

Graphic Designers:

The graphic designers design banners, advertisements and images that are visually appealing. They ensure that graphics are of good quality and adheres to necessary information that’s been requested. They also ensure that content is being displayed professionally, Meeting the kingdom’s expectations. This includes proper formatting , attention to detail, accuracy and clear writing.

Requirements to join OLS:

Must be in division baby or higher.

Must be an active member.

Must also be reliable, trustworthy and professional.

The Online Services Team leader is Rhinarium.

RR (Royal Reinforcements)

Royal Reinforcements are in charge of managing the base population of the Kingdom. Each member must be responsible for loading their main account and their alternates (alts) into the kingdom on a daily basis, ensuring that the base population is high.

The Requirements are:

Must be rank of navy or higher.

Must have a Kik account for communicating with the team.

Effortlessly updating number of the base population in Kik chat.

Have at least one Alternate account (alt).

Being able to load alts into base on a daily basis.

The teams leader is -berryscoop.
