Friday 6th October, 2017. Welcome to this weeks issue of TKC. In this very report I will be covering the topics of the two different teams, Civics Affairs and Diplomatic Affairs. What is the difference between these two teams? How is their activity been this last week? Who leads the teams? Why are they important for the Kingdom? Keep reading to find out!!
_______________________________________________________________________________
Lets start with the difference between these two teams. And what each of them are in charge of. The Civics Affairs are in charge of making important announcements inside the kingdom and to make sure everyone is up to date on what is going on in the agency. There are two committees in this team, which are in charge of their own part. The two committees are “KiK Committee” and “Forum Committee”. People in the first committee are in charge of sending out announcement every day on all three General Chats on the Kik applications. PS: If you are not invited to either of the General Chats, but would like to join, please ask A member to help you out with this. Everyone is welcomed to join the chats (KoH Members).
The other committee are in charge of making announcements in base (on the two stages in front of the Help Desk), and on the Forum site. To find the announcements on the Forum site, please navigate to the home page > KoH Fun Zone > Members Announcements. Both committees has the same task and goal, to deliver important up to date information to our members. This can include free spots on our Teams, winners from theme days, and other important information like policy changes etc. The team has an important role in the agency, without them the members may miss out on information they should know about. It’s also a great way to keep on track with winners of theme days and MoTM (Member of the Month). Who knows, maybe your name will be noted down.
Now lets change the topic A little bit. We have been covering the Civics Affair enough for now. Let’s talk about the other team and what they do.
One of our many teams are the Diplomatic Affairs! The team are in charge of keeping A good reputation and partnership with the Kingdoms allies. There are two different roles in the team, and two different “committees”. First of all, the two roles are “Ambassador” and “Undersecretary”. The two “committees” are basically just separated in charge of each agency we are allied with. Meaning one “committee” for SWAT and one for White House. Now it’s not exactly A committee in this team, but you get the idea. The Ambassador is the main person in charge of their given allied agency, and the undersecretary acts like A helping hand for the Ambassador.
The task are mainly the same for both agency representative, but the tasks may differ as our allies are in charge of different activities. All members in the team are obligated to visit their given agency several times each week, but they can also visit the other allied agency as well.
So even if you are in charge of representing to the White House, you can still visit SWAT as much as you want. Tasks can varies from week to week, but the main goal is to get to know our allies better. To do this some of the task may be to interview members from our allies, observe their activity among other things. The team is one of the most important team in the Kingdom. Allies are important to every agency on Habbo. And in order to keep our allies active with KoH, we need to have a good communication with them. Weekly visits and knowledge are therefor important if we want to remain allies with them. The team are also in charge of communicate with other agency who wants to be allied with KoH.
Now that you have got to know our allies A little bit more, you have understand the importance of both of these teams role in the Kingdom. To summon the most difference from these two teams I can say this: Civics Affairs are mainly in charge of important happenings and announcements INSIDE the Kingdom, while Diplomatic Affairs are in charge of important communications with our allies OUTSIDE of the Kingdom.
Now their activity this week have been as expected. And I will share what have happened during this week from both teams so you get A better understanding of what the two teams do.
Team Activity this week: Starting with Civics Affairs. The Kik chat has been very active as always. For those of you who are already a part of one of the General Chats may have seen some of the announcements there. Topics that have been mentions this week are: Team spots open for Royal Reinforcements (RR), Library Unit (LU), Commissioners (RT), The Kingdom Chronicles (TKC), and Ceremonial Events (CE). There have also been mentions this weeks Events (which you can also find on the calendar on our website. Theme days winners, MotM winners, and ofc A reminder to vote for this months MoTM (Member of the Month). Here are some of the announcements this week:
KIK ANNOUNCEMENTS THIS WEEK:

We also have the forum announcements from this team. Which is separated in two parts. One for base announcements and one for the forum announcements. The most common known is the base announcements. I didn’t get to take that many screenshots during this week, but i got some which shows basically what happens during all base announcements.
BASE ANNOUNCEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Then we have the Forum Announcements, which you can find by navigating on the forum site under home page > KoH Fun Zone > Members Announcements. We have two active members in the team who are in charge of updating the forum announcements as well as they are in charge of announcement in base.
FORUM ANNOUNCEMENTS THIS WEEK:
This was some of the activity from Civics Affairs Team. They are doing such a great job on all devices, Kik - Forum - and base announcements. Keep up the great work guys! We need you. _______________________________________________________________________________
Now over to the other team, Diplomatic Affairs. It’s harder to keep track on how their activity goes, as the only one who knows this is their team leader. To compare with Civics Affairs they do not show as visual activity for everyone to see. This doesn’t mean they do not do as great job as CA.
I have talked to their team leader and he have told me their activity was not that great this week, and that it has been lacking lately. This is something he will be trying to fix asap. He also told me that main tasks this week mainly involved counting badge numbers, and to interview HR members from our allies.
Let’s hope their activity speeds up again, and don’t forget to cheer their team members, as I am sure they will appreciate it. Even if their team has been slacking down this week, they still do important job for the kingdom, and A little bit is better than no activity at all.
