September 22th, 2017 [Friday]. Welcome to this weeks issue of TKC! In this very report I am going to cover the topic of the Alliance Appreciation Week that where hosted by The White House last week. During this week it was presented with different games, competition, friendship and at the end there was A ball with speeches and announcements. Keep reading to find out what happened.
As an introduction, I want to start of with talking about the preparation we had to do in advance of the event week. Every leader of the team in charge of allies in their agency had to gather a group of 10 member to join each game for the entire week. Now since this information was given only 2 days before the first event started, it was a little hard for KoH to gather enough members to attend. Even with a few members, we could still have fun and it didn't stop us from having a good time. Each agency had their own team colour so it would be easier to separate one another from the competition. KoH was the Yellow Team meaning everyone had to dress up in yellow. Agencies that were attending were invited by White House (their allies) to attend the AAW in which their colours were as following:

Monday 11th
The first game was the BEAR ATTACK. The rules of the game was to gather all players on the floor and each member had to try and avoid getting touched by each and all of the bears that where moving around. There where A total off four bears starting of with only one first and then adding one at A time. Obviously with A lot of members playing at the start, there would be eliminated many people at the beginning even if there was only one bear moving around. Now there would of course be easier to play with more members on our team, but it surely did not stop us from trying. In the matter of fact, we managed to gather 3 points that day when one of our member came at second place representing KoH. Let’s take A break to congratulate our member for working hard. The agency who gathered the most points this day was SS!

Tuesday 12th
The game of the day was BALLOON GAME. The amount of players per team could be as many as you wanted, and did not have to be 10 players. The rules of this game were pretty simple and less stressing than the first game. Everyone get to pick a balloon at the start. Each balloon had its own colour. You simply go to the colour area of the same colour as your balloon. Then, once everyone had gathered at their coloured destination, the host will pick a colour themselves which will be the colour that will be eliminated that round. So if the host picks the colour blue, then everyone standing in the blue area needs to exit the game. Each round everyone has to pick a new balloon so the colours will change from each time and the host also pick a new balloon. The game ends when there is only one player left standing. Each teams gets new points each day that will be multiplied with their previous scores. I will not reveal the scores just yet so keep reading if you are interested on knowing how it turned out.

Wednesday 13th
The game of the day was DANGER ZONE. This game has very similar rules as the bear attack game. As the first game you have to try and avoid getting touched by the object- in this case it was the flowers. There is also a timer in this game for how long you can play. The seats in the middle do not really play a big role, since even if you do sit on the chairs and the flower moves next to you, you will still get touched and die. So either run away from the flowers or sit on the opposite chair of where the flower is moving. There are three lines, where the flower can move and it is harder than you may think, but the game is still funny to play. During this game they allowed outsiders to come play too as long as they dressed in black. If an agency needed more players, outsiders could dress in their agency colour to help them. Unfortunately there where no outsiders helping KoH during this game, but we still had some players keep up to the end!

Thursday 14th
The game of the day was HIGHER or LOWER. So this game is kinda random and basically based on luck. The rules are simple: the host will roll the dice which will be showing a number. The players then have to guess based on that number and if the next number that is rolled will be either higher or lower than that numbers. Let’s say the number is 4, then you have to guess if the next number rolled will be higher or lower than 4. Sounds easy enough. There are two areas - one for higher and one for lower which are displayed as H or L. There is also a timer that will show how long you have to decide where to go. Once the timer is up, the host closes the gates and rolls the dice again. Now let’s say the next number was 2, meaning the number was lower than the previous number (4). Everyone that stood in the higher area would have to exit. The game continues until there is one player left standing, or if there are no players standing as a winner, the game will end and no one gets a point. KoH was so close to win twice in a row on this one, but unfortunately there were no winners at the end so nobody got any points. But we still had a fun time!

Friday 15th
The game of the day was GROUP FRIDGE GAME aka FRIDGE RACE. Last day of the games! Now obviously we were not gonna win this competition, as we were way to low on the score list. But it didn’t stop us from having a good time! This game is based on team work. If you do not pay attention to your team members you may end up losing big time. Lucky for us we did have a Skype call with the group members which really helped us communicate with each other on a higher level. The amount of players were 5 per team. Now the game rules were simple (but needs attentions). The host will be naming up to 5 ingredients (due to the amount of team members). Since they used normal fridge for this game there were only 4 ingredient to choose from. Milk, Carrot, Ice Cream and Blackcurrant (Drink). Now here is the thing that we learned very quickly. The Blackcurrant drink looks exactly the same as the milk!!! We had to learn that the hard way as we once picked the blackcurrant drink instead of the milk and lost the round. Meaning we had to exit. Let’s just say we made sure that did not happen again, haha.

Saturday 16th
Today was THE BALL! Finally the end of the week. Nothing much happened during the ball really. There were some speeches and of course - announcements of the winners and scores from the games. I must say the room looked amazing so great job White House! The ball had the theme “Jungle” where everyone had to dress in their wildest jungle outfit. There were six tables: one for each agency and one single table for everyone to sit. After the speeches and announcements, there were some time to go around and talk with others and also some dancing. Now you probably are asking, what were the results? During the entire week, agencies fought to get the most points and some of the agencies were pretty close and there really was a competition between three agencies who were jumping back and forward in the leader board. Now, I believe if KoH had more players attending we might have got a better shoot on this, but we still did our very best from day one. The final scores looked something like this:
USDF leading with 34 points!
SS next with 31 points!
WH with 29 points!
SWAT with 15 points!
KoH with 11 points!
PS: Now there might be a slightly miscounting of the final scores from my side, as i was a little unsure about the last days scores, besides our own scores of course. If so, I am truly sorry for that. And if you do see something not right please let me know so I can change that!

Overall the event was very fun to do and we all had a really good time! I would love to do something like this again! Also. I did get a better view of the other agencies during this week. A lot of credits to White House for organising this event, well done!
