A Girl and Her Falcon
Stars shining, moon shining down on the kingdom. A group of little girls and boys going out to play, as they played games a little girl was counting, then in an attempt to find the others, she stumbles upon a little cave…
The people of the kingdom celebrating the queens birthday, and the little his and girls went out to play, young happy faces laughing, smiling and playing games.
As they play a game and a little girl begins a count, then attempts to find the others, she stumbles in front of a dark little cave, she instantly thinks about returning, however, she is intrigued by this cave, she then started to think maybe to look inside the next day.
The next day had arrived..
The little girl had again gone back to the cave entrance, bringing a torch with her, she enters, not knowing what to expect, she hears noises, also not knowing whether to turn back and return to the kingdom or keep exploring further into the cave. Inching closer and closer to the noises, fear slowly increasing in her mind but also excitement was increasing, heart beating quicker and quicker.
The little girl eventually discovers where the noise was coming from, as she shined her torch, a little shadow appeared, her first thoughts were some sort of dragon, but it couldn’t possibly be a dragon, it was too small to be a dragon, so she thought to herself “what could it possibly be?” As she got closer to the mysterious creature, she found a little Falcon, sitting in a little nest, why the nest was in a cave still confused the girl.
The Falcon was frightened not knowing what was happening, it appears that the mother had left her young.
The little girl would return everyday to the cave to see the Falcon, however they did not get along, she still went there because it was a new thing to her.
As time went by a little bond began to grow between the two, the little girl would bring food to the Falcon.
The bond had become a strong friendship between the girl and the Falcon. Later on that day she would take the Falcon to the kingdom and everyone at first was a little frightened.
The girl and her Falcon would climb to the top of the kingdom and would help the queen send important messages to other nations
