How To Get Involved
It’s wonderful to hear that you would like to become more involved within the Kingdom, there are many ways to go about this.
Joining Teams -
This is a really rewarding method to becoming very much involved in KoH life. Each team has a different responsibility and contribution to the Kingdom.
The Kingdom Chronicles, this is KoH’s newspaper. It allows members to read about what is going on in the Kingdom, get advice from our columns, read some creative pieces and more. It is updated weekly to make sure everyone is updated with reports from the previous week and Ask TKC questions will have been answered.
Library Unit, this a team for the super organisers. They are responsible for keeping the ID and Tag logs up to date for us all to view and keep track of. It is updated very regularly to make sure it is as accurate as possible. Currently it has many places open so make sure to apply on the forum.
Civics Affairs, this team is responsible for announcements within the Kingdom. They have different committees, Kik and Forum and there are announcements every day in base. This is important because it makes sure everyone in the Kingdom is informed of what's going on every day!
Ceremonial Events, this team is in charge of hosting theme days and games. You can see when everything is happening by accessing the calendar on www.kingdomofhabbo.com. They also host games at big events such as alliance events and internal events.
Diplomatic Affairs, this team is responsible for the upkeep of our alliances. They visit White House and SWAT daily to maintain a good, friendly relationship between us.
Commissioners, this group recruits new members to KoH. This is a vital component to KoH as it helps bring in new members that might have not discovered it on their own. Its not an easy task and requires a lot of patience, thank you to all our lovely recruiters.
The Kingdom’s Knights, this is our amazing football team. They play matches against other agencies, if you enjoy football and would like to try out contact Domooooooo. Go Knights!
Online Services, they look after all of our social media and forum. It’s very behind the scenes and is important to getting information out there, also maintaining the forums making sure they are running as they should be.
Royal Reinforcements, they are in charge of upkeep of base population. Bring in your alts already? This is the team for you, it is so important to keep our population high as it will attract others to visit us and possibly join. They are looking for new members so please do apply on the forum.
Events -
A way you could get involved is by dressing up for theme days and participating in games. I mentioned previously that all these dates and times are logged on the KoH calendar. This is a way you can make friends and find common interests. Not to mention it really helps the host to know you are enjoying their game, make sure you let them know (I’m sure they will appreciate it!) Alliance events are excellent as you can meet members like yourself from different agencies and really get to know them.
Social Media -
By being really active in base, receiving or giving promotions will get you recognised. Offering your help in FTF, FTS, FTT or any station is super helpful and will get you involved. Outside of base by interacting on our social medias, GCs and forum will be super helpful for example if you retweet one of our tweets it gets our agency out there for others to see!
Remember one of the best ways to get involved is to work hard in base. Sometimes being in teams can be demanding and time zones can make getting to events hard but everyone can work hard and dedicate time in base. I guarantee it will not go unnoticed!
