Reverting Back to Teams

Friday 28th July, 2017. Welcome to this weeks issue of TKC, The Kingdom Chronicles. In

this very report you will be guided to our new lead system within our teams at KoH. With

Ministry gone there are now back to iL’s where some of the iL’s are in charge of their own

team. Keep reading to find out who is in charge of what team and A short description of

what each team do.

Civic Affairs - IA

Civic Affairs, or Internal Affairs - IA as you might know it as. The team is in charge of making

announcements within the Kingdom, and everything regarding KoH. Each member will be

giving announcements, on our various platforms wether it is in base, on kik, or on forum. The main goal to IA is to make sure everyone get up to date information about what is happening within the Kingdom. Announcements could be about events and games happening, winners from the events, open spots in A team, alliance events, changes in policies etc.

The Kingdom Chronicles - TKC

The Kingdom Chronicles, or TKC is The Kingdom of Habbo’s Newspaper. The team are put

together, consisting in five different positions. Reporter, Interviewer, Graphic Designer,

Creative Author and A Columnist. Each position has their own individual tasks. The teams

main goal is to bring forth information from our members and to our members, and their

thoughts regarding KoH. Weather it is written in A report, members being interviewed for

their opinion on things, or A simple Q&A from our columnist.

Diplomatic Affairs - EA

Diplomatic Affairs, or External Affairs are in charge of keeping A good word with our

alliances. The team consist of two different positions, except Leader and Co Leader. Those are Ambassador and Undersecretary. Ambassadors monitors allies, collecting their needs and implementing tasks and watch on their Undersecretary. They report to the Leader and Co Leader and are first in line to maintaining and bonding with allies.

Undersecretary works as Ambassadors assistant. They complete tasks, collate information

from respective allies and work close with their Ambassador. The Leader work with the Co

Leader and the Ambassadors with approving outside Alliance proposals. Co Leader is to

collates information and hand them over to the Ambassadors and will fill in the Leaders Spot if the Leader are not present. Monitoring of members performance.

Ceremonial Events - ET

Ceremonial Events, or Event Team - ET as you know is in charge of all events happening

within the Kingdom. The team consist in two different committees. Themes and Games.

Members in charge of the Themes will be giving new ideas for our theme days, every month

at KoH. They will also be responsible of taking pictures of everyone who participate in the

theme days. Similarly with members in charge of the Games, they will also be given ideas on games to be played every month. They will be hosting the games themselves every week.

They can also help to take pictures for theme days. Each week both committees have to vote

for the best LR/ HR/ iL for theme days.

Commissioners - RT

Commissioners, or Recruitment Team - RT as it is known for, it’s objective is to be able to

bring more recruits Into the Kingdom and should be able to convince and inspire members

outside of KoH to join the Kingdom of Habbo. They are A dedicated team in charge of

helping the growth of the Kingdom.

Library Unit - LU

Library Unit, is in charge of keeping A track of our members status. The team consists of two different positions. Tag- loggers and ID-loggers. Members in charge of Tag logging will keep up with all the active members of the Kingdom. Each week they will log what devision the members are in and what tag they have. ID loggers will be logging every single ID used in the Kingdom and who it belonged/belongs to. The main goal for the team is to make sure

every members are in the correct division, that they are active and not left to another agency. If a member has been inactive for 31+ days their badges will be removed.

Transfer Unit - TU

Transfer Unit - TU is in charge of all Transfers at KoH. Members in the Team will be in charge of transferring members from other agencies who are looking to join the Kingdom of Habbo. Members need to fill out logs and make sure that they get the right new rank converted from their old agency rank.

Online Services - OLS

Online Services are in charge of moderating all platforms of The Kingdom. This includes the

forum site, KoH Facebook account and the KoH Twitter account.
