Hello wonderful readers of the chronicles! I’ve interviewed old and new members alike to figure out how we all love our KoH.
I’ve interviewed:
Angkaa - 7iL
Ryuza - Commoner
1. When did you join KoH?
Angkaa: 27th November, 2016
Ryuza: 27th of July, 2017
2. What were your goals?
Angkaa: I always looked up on the HR’s in base, specially iL’s. I love to help people as much as i can and therefore my goal was to work hard and rank up so that i could help new members back. At first it was to get paid, but it turned around very fast as i became more welcomed in the KoH family. All i wanted was to be a role model to new members. And help as much as i could.
Ryuza: To rise up in the ranks and find a place to stay.
3. Do you think the kingdom is fair for new and old members alike? How so?
Angkaa: During my time here at KoH, a lot have changed since i first joined. The base design, the pay systems, the ranks, the policies, the leader/ in charge systems etc. Of course it will not be exactly the same for new members joining today as all these changes has occurred. Also with new members in lead now new members will be treated a little different depending on person to person. I believe that the Founders and iL (+ HR’s) are more interested in helping new members now then when i first joined months ago. Also new LR’s have shown more efforts into helping then what i have seen during these months. From what i have seen the members today are very close together.
Ryuza: I think the kingdom is fair for everyone! Rules are balanced, applied, and enforced as they should be :D
4. Do you think your voice is being heard?
Angkaa: Yes i do, if it wasn’t i wouldn’t have turned up where i am today. As an iL member. I have gained trust to a lot of members included the founders, step by step and worked my way up.
Ryuza: Absolutely, things are rarely ignored here. Any issues are reported and tended to in a timely manner.
5. Do you think you're at the right level for your work ethic?
Angkaa: Yes i do. I work hard every day and i am not afraid to learn new things. When you become a HR, specially an iL, a lot of expectations are suspected of you. I try my best to get my mind around all the new information so that i can help others. And also do more than what expects of me if i can.
Ryuza: Absolutely, even though i’ve been here for such a short time. I do as much work as proficient members of a similar rank.
