Pay Badge Returns
The return of the pay badge, another exciting change within the Kingdom. The new system works through you completing pay duties which are located on the forum. There are three different types of pay the standard, prestige and royal pay. Each require different effort however in return, you receive more money. Once you have completed your pay duty required you need to make a pay request log on the forum. Then when it is all filled in an iL will check your log and you should request the badge. Once you have received your pay you must stay in base for an hour after or it will result with you being on the pay ban list. On the other hand, if you follow all the rules you can earn 109c a week! (Using all pay bonuses).
This new system is different to the old one as you need to be responsible for time and activity in base. This will hopefully prompt people to become more active as it is harder to get pay, you can’t just sit in a station an hour before pay and leave straight after. It is similar as it is still a pay line at the same times for you to collect.
Comparing the new system to the unlimited pay system shows that the base should become more active in terms of dedication to the workplace not just turning up for pay. It is similar in the way that you need to complete objectives in order to receive your pay.
I personally think this change should be a good way to identify who really deserves to get pay. By working hard and putting aside some time for the Kingdom, you will be rewarded for that. It will also make stations run more effectively and should hopefully engage our fellow members with their job and tasks. Also by having the promotion option available if you fail to make your task, it will encourage people to give it a go even if they fail to achieve pay, they will still receive something.
