New Pay System

Friday 14th July, 2017! This is one of this weeks interviews at The Kingdom Chronicles. In this interview you will be reading 3 members of the Kingdom answering question about their thought on the new pay system. How do they feel about using pay badge to get paid. And to log pay duties in order to get it accepted. Please continue reading to see what they answered.

Question 1: How do you like using the Pay Badge in order to get paid?

Domooooooo: I like it. I mean, It may be hard for the new members, but once you get the hang of it it’s not too hard to get around it. Nautem: To be honest, i’m never getting paid since the pay badge is applied.

Reilln95: I like using pay badge to get paid because it is more fair and can be trusted.

Question 2: What did you like from the old pay systems that you miss on the new one? Why?

Domooooooo: The old pay system required iLs to be active to distribute pay. I think that’s something I miss because it helps to get more iLs active to promote hardworking LRs, as at times their hard work go unnoticed. Other than that, i’m quite happy with the current pay system.

Nautem: I like the pay points, it’s a brilliant idea and I think it’s the most fair payment.

Reilln95: Random and freedom of duties in base, but the pay duties provided is much more organized so I like it too.

Question 3: Do you find it easier/ better to get paid now using the Pay Badge compared to using the previous pay systems? Why?

Domooooooo: It doesn’t really bother me. I reckon it’s quite easy now that we don’t have to look for rank sellers to collect pay. Nautem: For me? It’s just hard to fill the pay badge duties, due to my online time. But I think pay badge is also A good payment.

Reilln95: Yes, it is much better altho it may not be easier as before because the new pay system are more fair and trusted to use in order to avoid members cheating on pay and that’s not fair to others who work hard.

Question 4: Would you say you are more motivated to work now that you can earn more credits by using the bonus badges (Prestige and Royal pay badge).

Domooooooo: Yes! Definitely very motivated with the bonus badges.

Nautem: Payment are just A bonus for me at KoH. I don’t think much about it. I just like the members and the atmosphere. Reilln95: Yes, I feel more motivated because I have A goal to achieve now which is the pay duties. And now with the prestige and royal pay badge. It makes you want to achieve it all not just for pay but to satisfy yourself too.

Question 5: What do you think about logging Pay Duties in order to get paid?

Domooooooo: I think it’s fair because if you want to get paid, you have to work for it. For me, it’s not that inconvenient so I don’t mind. Nautem: Sounds good.

Reilln95: It is more convenient and organized to have evidence on what you did in order to get paid. At least you know what you are getting paid for. So the log did help on that which is good.
