Forum Change

Many of you may be wondering, “Why are there so many changes being made in KoH?” and, “What more has now changed?” Well, in this report we will be going over the changes of the forum, such as the teams, and also pay! Let’s get right into what has been changed with the forums.

Pay

As many of you may realise how our pay system has changed, and on the forum there are the pay duties, which workers will need to complete to be eligible to receive pay, also to ensure evidence is given for the duties, there are pay badge request logs, on these logs workers will say if they’ve completed the tasks and also give evidence of this, if evidence is not given they will not be able to receive pay. The pay badge request logs, some of you may be thinking how to make one, well this report will help you with that! When you are on the home page of the forums, scroll down until you see “Pay at KoH”, firsts you will need to create the log, to do that you must click on “Pay Badge Requests – logs”, before creating the log, copy the template which is shown under “Pay Badge Request – log Template”, next step would be (after copying the template) would be click start new topic and the title of the new topic should be “YourUsername – Pay Badge Request Log”, then in the big box paste the template you copied and press “Submit Topic” also remember when asked for date and time please remember to use KoH time (GMT).

Teams

Remember the team forums? Where workers could apply for different teams. Well no more! The team forums have been removed. Applications for the teams have now been moved to the main forums, remember he only teams there are is TKC and LU (Library Unit). Stay tuned to see if there are any available slots for these two teams, could give you an opportunity of being involved more either KoH. The applications for the teams and also the teams themselves have been moved to the main forums because it is easier with only two teams to be out on the main forum. The reason it is only two teams is because ministries have taken over other teams.

Changes have been made however not many changes to the forums, remember to complete your pay duties and fill out the Pay Badge Request log in order to be eligible to receive pay! If there are any questions feel free to ask the founders or your co-workers, everyone is happy to help each other.
