Hello to the wonderful readers of the Chronicles! This week, I interviewed two people who work in the Kingdom's Ministries to find out their opinions on our new ministry system. I interviewed: ElPolloman- Governor of Defense Angkaa- Minister of Education 7iC

M: How does your current position affect your ministry? ElPolloman: I suppose that it lets my ministry know the general stats of SWAT and that they are staying active. Angkaa: As a leader for the ministry it is my task to make sure that all of my ministry members are helping me with what needs to be done. I am to make sure that everyone in and outside my ministry is following the educational tools. Being a leader is a tough job, as you would need to be up to date on everything (specially the area of what you are in charge of). Since I am the Minister herself I would guess my position affect the ministry how I would like it to be.

M: How did you become your current position? ElPolloman: I was invited in by Claudia- from what I heard she talked with her deputy. Angkaa: First i was applying for an iC position at the forum. After my first application was accepted i would need to make a campaign form which would to be accepted before starting campaigning. I had a campaign team of 3 people who would help me advertise in base of my campaign and which iC i was running for. I also had a rally where people could ask me what i would do if i won the election. There were also a debate between the candidates who run for the same iC. Before the Voting started it came to my knowledge that all of the other candidates running for the same iC had either dropped out or moved to another iC. Therefor i were automatically winning the iC for my ministry.

M: What do you like about your ministry? ElPolloman: Even though I’ve only been in it for a few days, I like it because it keeps me busy. Angkaa: I love educational tools in general. I love to teach and help others with tasks they might be struggling with. Being in charge of education is important as every new members needs to get a lecture of the rules and how to procedure within the Kingdom.

M: What sort of tasks does your ministry perform? ElPolloman: We perform the tasks of connecting with alliances and dealing with foreign/external affairs. Angkaa: First of all, we are in charge of all educational tools: Online Training, Welcome Station and Simulator Trainings. It is our job to make sure everyone is following the scripts and make sure the new members understand what to do. We also need to check all the training logs to make sure they are being logged right. And that everyone has got both ID reference and Training log right. Looking at the Training Script/ Simulator Script and Welcome Station Script to see if it needs to be updated or changed. Coming up with ideas on how to improve the educational tools. I would say that our tasks are to observe, and log/ check logs. And if anything needs to be changed or improved we would change that too.

Looking back, did you prefer ministries or teams? Why? ElPolloman: I can’t really answer that question as I’ve transferred here recently, but Ministries give people a chance to rank up higher, in my opinion. Angkaa: Well the teams are still there just under the different ministries. I did like how the teams where, but I also love how it is with the Ministries. More people get to be in a ministry meaning that they help the minister with getting things done and improve what needs to be improved. If I would to choose, I would say I prefer Ministries. Simply because more members get a chance to show how hard worker they are and what they can do for this agency.
