I would really like to get involved in working with our alliances - how do I go about doing this?
Alliances are really important to the Kingdom. If you want to get involved I suggest in contacting The Ministry for Defence. This ministry is responsible for maintaining our alliances, strengthening them and keeping peace and stability. I would recommend speaking to to leader and co leader of the team - 2iC and 9iC (MerPrincess11 or liuliu_liuliu), if for what ever reason you cannot contact them you could reach out to the governors.
When the ranks got changed initially I got my rank converted by an iL, do I have to do it again now they have added more divisions?
Yes you should convert your rank with an iL. This is important as they have the new conversion system and it needs to be logged for reference. Once you have converted your rank you could go on the website and check what features might have been added to your role. Also check the promotion timeline to see when you should get promoted and remember never ask for a promotion!
I have a great idea regarding an alliance event - who can I speak to about it and what should I say?
As I said previously, The Ministry of Defence manages all things for our alliances so if you are interested in presenting something reach out to the leader and co-lead (MerPrincess11 and liuliu_liuliu). Speaking to them, I would be very polite and thankful for their time as they are very busy! But make sure you present your idea with lots of detail and how it should be run also suggest why it would attract people to come. Hopefully you should hear back and see what they thought. Don't be discouraged if it is rejected, you can always think of new ideas and present those!
I have had someone approach me from another agency asking me to transfer to theirs. What should I do?
It is dependant where you are, if you are in base and someone from another agency asks you to transfer - that is poaching. Screenshot this and send it to and iL/iC with the agency name, we will sort it out. Although there are other scenarios, if you are out in public rooms and someone approaches you asking to join their agency, you should know some places could be fraudulent so you transfer at your own risk. Once your badges are removed we cannot transfer you back into KoH.
I am now in the Lieutenant division - what is the guard post and how do I fill it?
Well as of yet, the guard post has not been made therefore you cannot fill it now. The guard post will be a station where you will be informed of spaces for example a message could be *Space in the welcome station*. This will be a new and exciting feature to KoH which I believe will help everyone especially LRs to be able to be effective in our workplace. So if you are in this division or above you should be looking forward to this exciting new change!
