Many of you could possibly be a little confused, confused about all the changes that's happened in the Kingdom. iC ranks and the role of each iC individual leader, co-leader and also members of there team. Pay system has also changed in KoH. And Lastly the policies, only a little of KoH members know about the policy changes. Not all members of KoH are be aware of these changes, all of these changes to the Kingdom will be included in this report!
Policies
One of many changes that have happened to the Kingdom are the policies, policies such as attire policy and much more have been changed. Attire policy! As many of you members may possibly know, when you got promoted to Trades Worker, you were able to wear clothing of your choosing as long as it was appropriate. However due to most badges being removed because of the iC ranks, members of KoH who are in Peasantry division, Trades Worker or Castle Worker must wear the correct KoH uniform. Uniform must be worn until you reach Warlord Division. Ranking policy! The policies of some ranks such as Warlord and Kingdom Masters have also been changed. The ranking policy has been changed for these two divisions because of the new iC ranks. Warlord! Warlord division has changed although only slightly, Warlord is now the division where you are able to FTWS (Fill The Welcome Station), to give a warm welcome to our new members who have just come out of training. Kingdom Masters! The Kingdom Masters of KoH are the Simulation Trainers of the kingdom, they can train newly promoted members who have been promoted to Trades Worker or Castle Worker and are yet to be trained.
Forum Policy - The forum policy of the general forums has changed slightly due to the pay system changing, with the old pay system (the pay points), new members of the Kingdom were advised to make a forum account for a Pay Log where members could get pay points in order to receive pay. However, now the general forums are for Trades Worker+ due to pay logs no longer being in use because of the new pay system.
New Pay System
Remember the old days of KoH back when members of KoH got pay points if they have had an online time of at least an hour? Well the pay point system is now in the past, now in the Kingdoms history and is no more of existence. The Pay system has been changed to a much simpler system. All members have to do is be online for an hour before our three different pay times. The three different pay times are 4am, 12 pm and 8pm (all are in the kingdoms timezone – GMT).
IC Ranks and Roles
The new iC ranks! Each iC has their own responsibilities through out the kingdom or with allies. Each iC has a leader, Co-leader, and two/three/four members of their team, however, 1iC does not have any team members, 1iC (Head of Ministers) only has a leader and a co-leader. Some iC’s have become leaders of some teams, such as 2iC, 2iC have the lead of EA (Events Team), 3iC and 4iC are responsible for DoJ (Department of Justice), and 8iC being the lead of TU (Transfer Unit).
