Ask TKC #39
As of this week's Ask TKC issue, I will be responding to questions that the people of the Kingdom of Habbo have asked. I hope the information that I've provided helps!

1. I keep getting kicked out of base after saying my welcome message. Why could that be?
Firstly, it’s not you. In base we have wired to help prevent spammers. It works in the sense that some words and symbols that are commonly used by spammers are put into the wired so that it is an automatic system. You won’t have to wait for a person with room rights to sort spammers out. It’s a very effective prevention system and it has made life easier for our founders. What you can do to solve the issue is to slightly edit and experiment with your welcome message, don’t continuously use the same one if you keep getting kicked!
2. I have been having some issues with a friend of mine who is also a member of KoH. Things aren’t going well and I’d really like to talk to someone about it but I just don’t know who. Any Ideas?
I’m sorry to hear about this. A way you can find someone to talk to is by interacting with people in base. Therefore you might find someone who is willing to speak with you about your problems. Be careful about approaching all people with your problems as some may find it difficult to handle and won’t be able to give you the support you need. A way I have found to express issues is by reaching out to people on Kik. There are some wonderful people who would love to help you. I have made some amazing friends who will listen to me when I need it and all I needed to do was engage in a conversation. If you are having further issues and need more advice, you can post a question on the Chronicles website for myself or my partner Sanjay to answer as we are here to help.
3. What should I do if I can’t access Kik due to technical or personal issues? I’m in a team but because I won’t be able to access Kik for quite a while, I feel like I’ll be removed from the team due to lack of communication.
Well the most important thing you must do is to contact your team leader whether that is in base or on the forums. You must let them know about your situation and the reasons behind it, this way you might be able to find a way around the issue. You may be able to take a break until you sort out the error, a type of LoA if you will. However, if there is no way around the issue you might end up having to leave the team but don’t worry you can always apply again, it’s not the end of the world.
