1. What do I need to be able to create logs such as Training, Promotion, Warning, Demotion, Fired, Transfer and Trades/Castle Simulator Training logs?

To post your own logs you need to have forum account.

Training Log:

You can make one when you are Castle Worker Division.

You will need trainees name and trainee's ID to log.

Promotion Log:

You can make one when you are in Warlord division.

Here you will need to know the username of the person you promoted, the kingdom ID of the person, their previous rank and then new rank you just gave.

Warnings Log:

You can make one when you are in Warlord division.

You will have to know here: username, rank, kingdom ID#, reason for warning, whether it was verbal/written, evidence.

Demotions Log:

For it you need to be at least in Royal Journey division.

You will need: username, previous rank, given rank, kingdom ID#, reason for demoting, evidence.

Fire Log:

For it you need to be at least 5iL.

You will need to know the following: username, rank, kingdom ID#, reason for firing, evidence.

Transfer Log:

For it you need to be at least in Ranger division.

You will need the following info: username, previous agency (include the agency formula number!), previous rank, previous division, new rank, new division, kingdom ID #.

Trades Sim Training Log:

For it you need to be at least Shapeshifter division.

Information you will need: username, current rank, kingdom ID #,

Castle Sim Training Log:

For it you need to be at least Cleric division.

Information you will need: username, current rank, kingdom ID #, member's registered tag:

2. Mostly, people with HC seem to win most of the theme days. Is there anything that can be done so that non-HC people are able to win as well?

Well, rather than not dressing up for the theme I suggest you be more creative with it. Google is always your friend. You can get idea from google and try your best to look as much alike as you can with your non-HC clothes. If you have tried your best you will have your chances to win even if you weren’t HC member. Even if you don’t end up looking exactly as they want, you don’t have to worry, you can always play around with it. Your creativity is the key to win it.

3. I put the wrong ID# in my pay log. What should I do?

If you notice it before someone posts there for your pp then you can edit yourself by clicking the edit button. If someone has posted your pp before you notice they have probably noticed it’s wrong and may have already told the forum mod or even admin to fix it for you.

4. I worked for 2 hours at a station yesterday, but I didn’t get a pay point. Can I still claim it and if not, what should I do?

I’m sorry but you can’t claim a previous day’s points. Always be sure to claim your pay points the day they need to be claimed or else you will miss out getting them. If there isn’t any 3iL around to give out pp you can always post in a kik chat and let them know you want to claim your pp.

5. Who is able to redeem my pay points so that I can get a promotion?

Pay Points can be redeemed for promotion anyone who is 2iL+. The particular people who can redeem for you are: kirst345, safia195, -Kaylalicious, Andrewday11, Phusion & LaLaaLoopsy.
