Thoughts on Upcoming Changes

Hello and welcome to another edition of TKC! This week I will be asking three KoH members about the new iC ranks! I interviewed polly5474 (Castle Worker), holliej_ (Warlord), and Heathlove (5iL). Let’s see what they said!

How do you feel about the new iC positions?

Ellie: I really like the new positions as we can try new things and try them out! Hollie: The new iC ranks seem interesting and exciting! I love the change that has been done. Heath: I strongly encourage this new change! I am excited. I am still waiting to see the new ranks list.

Are you planning to apply for an iC position?

Ellie: Yes. Hollie: Yes, I already have applied. Heath: I may apply. Just in case I do, I have a lot prepared. I really hope the people will see me as a good leader of I do.

If you are or already have, what are you applying for?

Ellie: I applied for minister of education. Hollie: 7iC - Minister for Education Heath: If I do, I will most likely apply for 2iC. I really want a strong center for KoH, but I want our alliances to constantly grow.

What do you think will be your favorite part about the debates for these iC positions?

Ellie: Knowing who got which position! Hollie: My favourite part would be listening to the other person's points and facts as they try to educate me respectfully on the topic. A debater that knows their facts is always a debate I know I'll enjoy. Heath: I will be very excited to participate or watch these debates. I think my favorite part to read will be about them saying why they are best for the position.

What advice would you give to someone looking to apply for an iC position?

Ellie: I would help them with what they want to do and give them advice as a person! Hollie: Read the policies CAREFULLY and understand the responsibilities BEFORE you apply. Make sure you're aiming for a position you'll enjoy! Heath: I would tell someone who was wanting to apply to have a good game plan. To let your dreams soar, while keeping you eyes on the KoH. Never let go, and work as hard as you can.
