The presence of power erupted. Flooding in with rage and anger. Demolishing with every stomp. Taking down villages from near and far. Terrorizing even the smallest of villages, just for blood. His soul boiled. He was on a mission for food and joy. The more he destroyed, the more he gained power. The more he gained power, the happier her was. The happier he was, the more he wanted power. All in a circle. He had to be stopped. Neil knew that this was his mission. He knew that he had to slay the troll. How would he do it? He didn`t know, but he had to get permission from the Queen of The KoH. He when to her with bravery and strength. Knowing that if he was to be turned down, mankind could end. He hopped on his mighty steed that he called Hathor. Hathor the horse was loyal, brave, and compassionate. Just like Neil. With a kick to the side, and a, “Yah!,” the horse was off. To the palace. The palace was beautiful. Black marble floors, stone walls, and people filled the castle. It felt magical. Yet he knew he did not have time to look around. He had to get to the throne room and warn the queen. He ran as fast as he could to get there. Then, he could hear the troll`s footsteps grow louder. He started a sprint. Running down the hall to the throne room. Ultimately, to the queen. He knew he had to get there faster. How? He knew that the castle was full of secret passages. He was right below the throne room now. He looked around. Then, He knew where one was. He used to play in the castle as a kid. He would use the fireplace to go down a narrow tunnel to get to the throne room. He ran to the fireplace, and tilted the lever. The fireplace swung open, leaving just the right fit for him to get in. He looked in astonishment at how the throne room had changed. He looked at the throne which hadn`t changed a bit. He ran to it, seeing the Queens look of terror made him realize she though they were doomed. He ran even faster, knowing that every moment counted. He ran to the queen and described his plan. She thought it would have to do. Slashing at the troll wasn`t an option. The troll could just flick him away. He had to get him to stop, and what do trolls hate most that spoils there fun? If you ignore them. He knew that the troll loved attention. That was what he was going to use against him. His weakness. Rejection was the only answer. Deny the Troll access into their head, and into the kingdom. The troll soon realized his plan. He knew that he didn`t stand a chance. Just like that, the Troll never came back.
Would there ever be others? He may never know. Neil the Knight still guards the Castle today. The End. Written by: Heathlove [Heat] (temporary Creative author) [Actual Reporter]
