Hello everyone! Welcome to another edition of TKC! This week I got the opportunity to ask a few HR’s about how they want to earn a spot at the coveted iL. I interviewed HeathLove (Wizard), DoodyPants (Wizard), and Shay (Warlord)! Let’s see what they said!
Is becoming iL something you would like to happen? Why or why not?
Heath: I would love to be an iL. I love others, and I am looking for the KoH to grow. That is why I would love to be an iL.
Caro: I’d like to become an iL because I’d like to help around more at KoH.
Shay: I would love to become an iL because I love to get people organized and being organized in general.
How are you trying to earn that spot?
Heath: I am trying to earn the spot by being active, and being compassionate to everyone.
Caro: I’m willing to work as hard as I can to be an iL, it would mean so much to me, it would make me the happiest and I’d also like to make KoH proud too.
Shay: By working my hardest and trying to be on for 2-5 hours.
Are you participating in any teams?
Heath: TKC, and I was just invited to EA as an ambassador with WH.
Caro: I’m not in any teams but I’m thinking of joining a couple.
Shay: No, but I applied for one.
How do you help out in base?
Heath:I do lots of things in base, like FTF, FTS, FTT, FTB, and FTWD. I love handing out drinks and food to everyone. I feel it boost their moral, and it makes them work harder.
Caro: I FTF, I promote, I FTS, I train, if people have any questions I try to help them out as much as I can.
Shay: FTF, FTS, FTT and I love to make people feel welcome to KoH.
What advice would you give to an LR who would like to become an iL in the future?
Heath: I would tell an LR to try their best. Keep trying. Work hard, and never give up. You can’t succeed if you don’t try at all.
Caro: I would tell them that working hard would be worth it so someday you could be an iL, I’ve noticed a lot of iLs are amazing people and it’s also great to be a role model for someone else to look up to.
Shay: Never give up, try your hardest, you can do it!
