The Truth of the Office

Though the Kingdom is a place of joy,

there are secrets that have been deployed,

hidden from us, the owners are coy,

their mysteries hidden from girl and boy.

Take the offices through the hallway,

that you may know if you've walked astray,

guarded by portals to keep us at bay,

the truth of the office will never go away.

This is where our story begins,

with two adventurers together through thick and thin,

our first explorer is a boy named Finn,

and with him, his sister, whose name is Lynn.

Hidden inside are mansions tall,

every single one with the highest walls;

through all the offices one can trawl,

but the real secret is hidden from all.

Each office is filled with beings so strange,

from unicorn to dragon they do range,

on stumbling upon them they may exchange,

a glance or two in the midst of their derange.

They squawk and they neigh as they wait for their owners',

their heads held high in their massive enclosures.

There are so many of them, none are loners,

they call out to their friends, over and over.

Finn approaches the dragon with a look of shock,

bowing low so as not to mock,

the adorable creature whose name is Spock,

bends his head and pulls off Finn's sock!

Whilst Lynn laughs her head off,

a unicorn behind her begins to cough,

he does not like the way she scoffs,

and knocks her over into a water trough!

With a glance at each other, the pair,

decide it's a good time to get out of there!

These wonderful animals, oh so rare,

are amazing beyond compare!
