KoH Upside Down
It was another normal day for KoH, and everything was running smoothly. It was Freedom Friday on that day, so a group of Peasant rank members created their own circle and talked about their experience with KoH so far.
Ben, who was the leader of the group, asked “Hey, so what do you think of KoH, guys?”
Kevin replied, “I love this place, the people are great!”
Darla said, “True, but I kind of feel useless because we can only do few things as Peasants here, like only filling the front.”
“Ikr? They could at least give us more access to the other stations, because it’s looks like everything is easy here hahaha. I can be an iL now!” Ben said while smirking.
Sheila, an iL, was making rounds around the base and heard what Ben said. She did not like what she heard. She felt offended.
She cut through the group and said, “Being an iL is harder than you think, don’t take it so lightly.”
Ben defied her and replied back, “Just because you’re an iL, does not mean you’re already that good.”
“You don’t understand because you’re still at Peasant rank. You don’t have to do a lot of stuff to do, so it’s easy for you to say.”
Both of them glared at one another
Ben muttered under his breath, “If only she was in my situation, she would understand what I’m saying.”
And also Sheila whispered, “He does not understand my situation. If he was in my position, he would eat his words.”
They did not know that the stone knight heard both of their wishes, and the next day, everything changed.
The next morning, Sheila logged into her Habbo account and was shocked at what she saw.
Her rank and her badges were all gone.
She was a Peasant.
What happened? Had she been fired? Was she demoted?
She was so confused.
She decided to calm herself and went to the KoH room to ask for some explanation, when she saw another shocking thing.
All of her iL friends were now Peasants, and all the Peasant workers from yesterday were now iLs.
She went to her friend Jessy and asked, “Hey, what’s happening?”
“I don’t know either! But you know, I quite like my new rank.”
She looked at Jessy like she had grown two heads. “Are you serious?”
“Yeah.”
Instead of arguing, she just joined her friend on FTF. Every now and then, the Peasants, who were now iLs, would go ask for help on what to do. The iLs, who were now Peasants, would gladly help them. Before she knew it, she was enjoying herself. She had missed being in the Peasant rank where everything started for her. She remembered what she said to Ben and felt guilty. Peasant rank is also an important rank and should not be belittled. It is where you start to learn everything about KoH.
While she was in thought, she heard a voice somewhere, calling her.
“Psst, Sheila!”
She turned from where the voice come from and saw Ben, upstairs on the transfer desk.
“Help, I don’t know what to do! What formula are you talking about? And what are the things to do here?!” He’s panicking.
“Relax, let me help you from here. Hmm, let me check first his eligibility...”
After 20 minutes, they went back down to the base. And silence consumes them both.
“I’m sorry, about what I said yesterday, I was being arrogant,” Ben said.
“No, I’m sorry I was belittling your rank, even when I also used to be a Peasant.”
They both smiled at one another and then suddenly she woke up in her room.
That was a dream?
She went to her window and looked at the rising sun from the sky and thought,
iL, HR, or LR, every rank is important and every rank is not easy.
KoH is family, and family means nobody gets left behind, regardless of what rank you are. :)
