Possible Teams, Possible Dreams

This week I have been tasked with writing all about the possible teams I think would be beneficial to Kingdom of Habbo. While I think the teams we currently have are amazing; KoH is always looking to develop and improve their services to make out agency really a cut above the rest. I think the skill of reflection and improvement is valuable in the current industry of Habbo agencies and so here are some of my ideas about what teams we could possibly introduce to the kingdom and what they would do.

Social Media Team – I have seen quite a few other agencies with a Social Media Team. As social media becomes more of a prevalent thing in people’s lives it is important that we know exactly how to use this to our advantage. Did you know that KoH already has a Facebook account? I’ll be honest, I didn’t know until a couple of weeks ago! This hypothetical team would hold the vital task of running communications throughout social media – giving everyone, in KoH and not, information about our agency, our events and ourselves. A Social Media team could have regular meeting or discussions about what things should be announced and how important information, updates, or events happening should be conveyed – taking the pressure from higher management that currently run the social media communications.

Lower Rank Council – Along the same lines as the Press Conference with the Queen this would give the Lower Ranks an opportunity to have their say as to what happens in the kingdom. Not all Low Ranks feel like their suggestions are valuable enough to be brought up in the PCs and may feel a little intimidated about talking directly to the Queen herself (before they get to know her). I think it would be easier for them to talk to each other with possibly a couple of iL/HR members to direct the talk and take notes. The ideas etc brought up from these meetings could then be conveyed to the Queen. As well as getting ideas from everybody in the kingdom, the Lower Rank Council would aim to educate and empower the LRs giving them confidence and making them feel listened to. Think of it like a School Council (some of you may have seen or even been in one of these in your own school). The council members talk to their peers about the issues of the school, collates all the information and relay it back to those able to actually do something about it. Related to this team the important issues could sometimes be made into a poll on the forum and votes could be collected for and against the propositions – like a parliament.

Awards Committee – I think it would be an amazing idea that instead/alongside the Members of the Month we had other awards for our amazing members to notice individuals in our agency who've gone above and beyond what we've expected of them. The awards Committee would ensure that they are unbiased in nominating members and voting for each of these to obtain awards month by month. Each division could have an award to ensure everyone has something to strive for. Here are some ideas for the awards that could be offered:

Peasantry Pioneer

This award can be awarded to any member, Peasant and above for:

- Professionalism while filling the front

- Not letting possible recruits wait and answering any questions

- Activeness in base

- Answering questions for the specific individual, encouraging them to join KoH

- Impressive welcome message.

- Great ways of getting travelers to achieve BAM

Tremendous Trainer

This Award is rewarded to Castle Worker division and above for:

- Activeness in base

- Various methods used in training to ensure efficiency

- Professionalism at ALL times while training

- Training regularly

Alertness Award

This Award is rewarded to Warlord division and above for:

- Being alert ALL the times when in base

- Being very active and using their activity time for various important activities for example promoting, training and transferring

- Reporting employees behaving inappropriately or not following rules

- Being helpful ALL the time when in base and immediately coming if emergency situations are happening (eg trolling)

Terrific Transferor

This Award is rewarded for Transfer Unit members only for:

- Professionalism while transferring at the highest standard

- Being there all the time someone is looking for a transfer; not letting them wait

- Looking for the best offer for both KoH and the individual transferred

- Using the transfer formula correctly

- Answering questions for the specific individual, encouraging them to transfer to KoH

Medal of Honor

This Award is rewarded to Royal Officials and above, with experience of at least *6* months

for:

- Going beyond their limits and standards, inspiring the members of KoH to follow them in

their hard work

- Doing all their tasks and Team jobs at the highest level, doing their BEST and putting

EFFORT in to everything they do

- Being helpful, utile and friendly with their co-workers ALL the time, with no exceptions

- Having FUN when working and always doing it with pleasure

Award Prizes – Possible award prizes could be a trophy sent to the Habbo, a specific badge, their username added to an award list on the main website and possibly some credits.

These are my ideas on the possible new teams at KoH. There are many teams currently on offer at KoH but if you ever feel there is a gap in the market for something new; please do go to an iL to get your voice heard.
