A New Experience

Once there was a girl named Casey. She decided that she wanted to go visit other agencies than her own, allies or not, to see how they were working, and maybe even learn a bit from them. While scrolling and scrolling through her list of agencies, she saw “The Kingdom of Habbo”. This immediately intrigued her to learn more about this specific agency.
Once she walked through the entrance, she could not believe her eyes. People having fun, beautiful scenery and decoration, and people working their hardest. She knew that this agency was great for people to have fun, but also get in their daily work ethics. She felt amazed how everyone was working. She even saw people dressed in funky costumes, assuming it was a theme day. She decided that KoH was such a nice place that she could try to influence her agency to be this way. To be encouraging, have great work ethics, but also have fun at the same time, and just to be yourself.
Being from a different agency doesn’t mean that you can support and help others. It isn’t a competition for the “better” or more “capable” agency, but instead how you treat everyone. If someone walks in and sees so many workers and recruits, but people not following the rules, people not having fun, and boring ethics, the most observant ones will know and not want to join. Being a good agency for workers is very, very important. More important than you might know.
