In An Agency Not Far Away

As you probably know, trolling is a big deal, and unfortunately happens a lot around Habbo agencies. Trolling is when someone purposely comes to your agency and presents annoying behavior by spamming the chat with random emoticons, talking about inappropriate content, messing with workers and being rude, and many other things - actually, too much - to list. When a troll came to Staci, this is how she handled it.

One day, Staci was working... nothing peculiar, right? Well, all things were great, until a troll came to the Kingdom and went to Staci’s desk. She first asked him what she could help him with. He then starts talking about inappropriate things, not suitable for young users. Staci freaks out, yelling and screaming at the troll. Saying such as, “DON’T SAY THAT!”,and, “YOU ARE SO STUPID”. From these actions, the troll simply continued saying these things, not listening to anything. This had gone on for... nobody knows how long. This troll caused people to leave, causing the base to be empty, and newcomers to leave. Once an iL finally caught the action, things all came back to normal. As you can tell, one troll and one incorrect action caused this chaos.

When a troll comes to you, it is hard to not get mad or upset at the person, but you don’t want to yell at them or argue. It’s actually the worst thing to do. If you argue with them, it’s pretty much like their work is done. They wanted to make you feel that way, so you're letting them win. Acting calm and collective is the best thing to do. Tell them calmly to please leave the rollers. Since they are trolls, they most likely won't obey you. Probably the best thing to do is report them and ignore them, until of course an iL takes action and bans or mutes them. Don’t react like Staci did: be calm.
