A New System

The task for this week is talking about the Rank Changes! As you should know, as of August 11th, ranks were changed. This was a huge shock to everybody. We knew a while back that there would be a big change and that the ranks will be changed. There are now 12 Divisions instead of 13, because Kingdom Masters (the last division) has been combined with the Advanced Profession and the Master Profession. A big major change has been the Regular Divisions. Instead of having five promotions to be promoted there is now about 13-15 in each rank, and there is more in the higher Divisions. After you pass that one Division, instead of getting learned Training and Security at the same time, you only learn Security. Security is very important in the Kingdom because it controls who goes where inside the Kingdom. Then it goes to Training and so forth.

I am very happy about these rank changes because I believe they will benefit KOH in the future. I think that this means for our agency is that it is always trying to improve on the special things that are very essential in our kingdom. Without the ranks, where would the balance be? Exactly. There would be none. The ranks also come with different rules and an updated Leave Of Absence policy and the Promotion Timeline. Although it does take a tad bit longer for us to be promoted it is okay! Hopefully, more high ranks will pay attention to your hard work and promote even more then before. I know so many people that were angry about the rank changes, trust me I was angry too. But then I realized why are people angry? We aren't going to leave KOH unless that got you so angry that you felt the need to leave the agency. Our ranks were pretty different to other agencies and when others transferred they got confused. This way, people will be less confused and it will benefit everybody. They also changed the ranks because they thought it was too easy to get promoted. Especially if you play a lot, you can get promoted if there all people that can promote you promote you.
