A Whole New Script
There is new training system in the Kingdom. There is no more online training... it's verbal training time! I've interviewed our three workers in Kingdom, let's see what they answered. Q: Do you like the new script for training? A: Yes, I do like the new training script. Q: Which do you like better: new or old, and why? A: New. I personally think its easier for the members to answer the questions in base. Q: Is there any information that should be added or taken away? A: No. Q: Should KoH stay with the new script? A: I believe that they should. Q: How do you feel the move from online to verbal training has affected the Kingdom? A: I think it didn't affect the Kingdom as much. So far I've seen positive responses to having to do the verbal training.
Q: Do you like the new script for training? A: Yes I do, but I think the part where they say "ATT: need to say, stand, etc" on it... it's kinda confusing. Q: Which do you like better: new or old, and why? A: Old one, because now we have to deal with the trolls when training them if they act up. Q: Is there any information that should be added or taken away? A: No. Q: Should KoH stay with the new script? A: Yes. Q:How do you feel the move from online to verbal training has affected the Kingdom? A: I think that verbal training is fair enough.
Q: Do you like the new script for training? A: Yes, I do like it. It's convenient and easy to use. Q: Which do you like better: new or old, and why? A: I like the new one because it's easier to use and saves a lot of time waiting for the trainee to respond on their answers. Q: Is there any information that should be added or taken away? A:Well, I don't want it longer either, but if there's one thing I would like to add, it would be the question about the Kingdom's rules. Other than that, I think the script is perfectly fine :) Q: Should KoH stay with the new script? A:Yes, KoH should stay with the new script, as it is more convenient than before... but this is just my personal opinion. Q: How do you feel the move from online to verbal training has affected the Kingdom? A: I feel that the Kingdom has been affected with a positive reactions from both workers and new members, since it can save a lot of waiting time in training especially to trainers and new travelers.
