How Leadership Helps

As you may or may not know, iLs do a lot in the kingdom. They help to keep things from getting out of hand, organize great activities such as games and theme days, scheduling meetings to work for almost everyone, and in all, they try to make everyone happy every day. Without them, the kingdom could be really boring to work at, people might miss important meetings, many people might be unmotivated to join, a person or 2 might leave, etc. Just remember, iLs do as much as they can to keep you and your environment happy.
Many people disrespect iLs. There have been people to be mean to them, disobey their orders, things like that. 1 person could cause the whole agency to go down. It`s like a trail. That 1 person is mad, the iLs get mad, causing worker to get upset with that person, causing people in the lobby to not want to join. One person`s attitude to an iL can cause many people sorrow, making the kingdom undesirable.
There could be iLs that don’t lead and are super lazy. Of course, we are lucky to have our iLs because of how great they are, but there is the possibility that we could, and other people do, have ones who aren’t like the iLs we have now. Instead of the leaders we have now, we could have leaders who are mean to workers, recruits, and other people in different agencies, leaders who schedule meetings on undesirable days, not working with people and their time zones. Leaders who are too lazy to do anything fun with the agency, causing people to be bored with their work. Letting people do whatever they want, causing the kingdom to break out in chaos, and many things after that. We have to be grateful every day that we have the iLs that we do. They do super hard work to make our experience great and fun.
