Hello, and welcome to another exciting issue of The Kingdom Chronicles! Following our 2-week special on our allies, we have decided to turn the focus onto something that should be at the top of every KoH's priorities: The Kingdom's Rules! The rules set out in the kingdom are there so that we treat each other with respect, equality, and so that HRs can dispense justice when it is required.

Today, we will be interviewing 3 RO+ members about their opinions on our Ranking Policies. To elaborate, our Ranking Policies are the policies that determine what a KoH member can do at their current division (who they can promote, warn, what stations they can access, etc). You can access the ranking policies here.

The members we will be interviewing today are: Thraetened, commanderlexa and jackieeeo.

:Tanya: Do you find the Ranking Policies set out for each division helpful to you? Thraetened: The Ranking Policy is helpful, but it can sometimes confuse people with the part that says "Till the end of (division)" It can get people confused, because it could mean that they can promote up to the start of the next division. commanderlexa: I think the Ranking Policies are really helpful! If there were no Ranking Policies, I wouldn't know which ranks I could promote. jackieeeo: Yes, I find them helpful. I know who I can promote and who I can't promote.

:Tanya: Do you check the Ranking Policies each time you move up a division? Thraetened: Yes, I check every time I go to the next division. commanderlexa: Yes, I do. But there was this one time where I forgot :x jackieeeo: Yes, otherwise I'll be promoting people I shouldn't be promoted because its past the division allowed.

:Tanya: Do you think they are fair for each division, or would you make any changes? Thraetened: I wouldn't make any chances, I think it's fair the way it is currently :) commanderlexa: I think they are fair, it's very well organized. But I think that once you reach RO, you should be able to log warnings. I don't mind the way it is though. jackieeeo: I believe they are fair. As you go up a division, the ranking policy also goes up a division. Otherwise everyone would be promoting each other, lol

:Tanya: From your perspective, do you think all other KoH members are aware of what they can do at their rank? Thraetened: From what I've seen so far, they are aware of what they can do at their current rank. commanderlexa: I think most members are aware of what they're able to do at their rank, but I think sometimes they just need a little reminder. jackieeeo: Yes, to a certain extent. I reach the Apprentice Identity division and I was unaware that I could Race train. But other than that, we are made aware of what we can do. Especially with Race training.

:Tanya: Are you familiar with the Promotion Timeline, and what are your thoughts on it? Thraetened: I'm familiar with the Promotion Timeline, sometimes I need to go back & check in case I got the time wrong though. I think the Timeline is pretty fair :) commanderlexa: I'm not that familiar with the Promotion Timeline, but I always check to make sure! I think it's fair even if some of them get a promotion after a long period of time. jackieeeo: Yes, I'm aware of the promotion timeline. I believe that up until Elder Identity, the timing is great, but once it goes into the higher ranks it takes longer to be promoted. But then again, I do understand why it is this way. If it were shorter, everyone would be a HR. But 48 hours for Master Profession seems like a lot.

Thank you to all of our wonderful interviewees for helping out with this edition of TKC, especially as I am not the usual interviewer. As an iL member myself, it is good to see that our members take pride in their jobs at KoH and use the Ranking Policies to the best of their abilities to keep active. Thank you for reading, and see you next week!
