June 27th , 2016 (Monday) – The topic this time is about the team that plays an important role in the Kingdom of Habbo. Their part in the kingdom is like an engine that runs the kingdom, as they need to consistently update and do research in order to keep the members in a neat sequence. The team is mostly known as the Library Unit, or the Library Team.

The Library Unit, also known as The Kingdom's Library Administration, is a dedicated group of individuals who keep detailed records of all Tags and IDs used by all members of The Royal Kingdom of Habbo. They are people who work hard and are full of dedication in the Library Team. They help KoH running smoothly and efficiently by keeping constant record of active members whom commit their services to our kingdom. It’s a suitable team for anyone who wants to help KoH in a productive and powerful manner. This team is led by Reilln95 and her co-leader, Charcuterie. The team consists of 7 active members, excluding the leader and co-leader, as they work hard each day, making sure that the records of members are still in shape. Applications for the team are open on the Team Forums when there are spots available, and all KoH members that are Identity rank and higher are eligible to apply.

The team’s members are provided with tasks which are separated in two sections: the Tags and the IDs. The Tags section is about updating every tags that have been created in the kingdom by the Races Division members and above. The members with tags need to be considered an active member, or their tags will be removed after one month. The tags include Races, Identities, Professions, Kingdom Advisors, In-Line and Founders ranks. Regarding the IDs section, they also work the same, except that the logs include all the data about every member who has joined KoH starting from the first rank.

They need to update the records every day, if necessary, as the records are always changing. When there are new members joining KoH and have their own IDs, or when there are members who reach Races Division and have their own tags, that’s when this team works in updating the tags and IDs.

Overall, the Library Unit is among the teams who work as the main behind-the-scenes functions of KoH. Without them, the kingdom will have trouble in making the records organised, easy-to-read and manageable. It is an important team that runs the kingdom and, helps make it the best agency in Habbo.
