June 20th, 2016 (Monday) – The topic this week will be the next best team in Kingdom of Habbo that also contributes a lot of effort in making sure our agency stays as the most chosen agency, whose members from other agencies like to work and transfer with. The team is known as the Transfer Unit, and it is the fastest growing team within KoH due to its advanced methods and procedures to ensure equal opportunity in the Habbo workplace.

The Transfer Unit puts in a lot of work and effort in order to transfer members from other agencies who interested in working at KoH. They take care of everything related to other agencies and have created the useful resource to assist with transferring, called the Transfer Formula. This team uses it as the main resource for transferring members. The Transfer Formula consists of many agencies that have been transferring to and from KoH along its growth in Habbo. Only the team’s members can access the formula. They serve any members from others agencies in Habbo who like to transfer or interested in working at KoH, such as WH, SS, FBI N3WC, SWAT, NOPD, UN, HIA, INT, EPF, InGen, ASC, AHC, and many more agencies in Habbo.

A normal transfer goes down with a few requirements that need to be fulfilled by both the member who wants to transfer, and the one who is processing the transfer. To be eligible to transfer, the member from other agency must have 500 or more members on their main ID badge. Second, they must have been on the agency’s security badge for at least 5 days to be able to transfer, and they must be considered a High Rank (HR) or above at their agency. Also, their agency must be open and active in Habbo. Transfers between allied agencies is allowed freely, with the exception of SWAT: if a SWAT member wishes to transfer into KoH, the member must gain permission from their Department Director of Affairs or above before they can transfer.

There are so many members in the Transfer Unit that I lose count, but for sure, they are all in the Identity Division and above, who have applied and been accepted to be the members in the team. Any questions about the team can be referred to the members below, as they run the team.

All members of The Kingdom's Transfer Unit are permitted to make transfers into The Kingdom, including transfers between allied agencies. Only individuals within the Transfer Unit can process transfers. Also, the highest division that can be offered is Master Profession for all Transfer Unit members. If by chance, there is the potential for an iL member transfer, it must be conducted by a Founder. Negotiation of offer is only within the calculated division in the Transfer Formula. One cannot offer a higher division than the formula calculates. If the agency is not listed in the Transfer Formula, it is up to the transferer to offer their best estimation. If a member of the Transfer Unit is found to be abusing this privilege, a 1iL and above, or the Transfer Unit head, may terminate their membership from the Transfer Unit and distribute necessary punishments.

Overall, The Kingdom's Transfer Unit is a team dedicated to the growth of The Kingdom of Habbo. They are to lead the kingdom to the furthest and the best in Habbo, so the team is definitely one of the best teams in Habbo in furthering the development and growth of KoH.
