The Online Services (OLS) team is the newest addition to the Kingdom's Teams, and has so far been an influential entity in various aspects of communication, discipline and creativity in our agency. Focused on the development and successful maintenance of KoH's online activity, the OLS boasts a team of dedicated, hard-working members who understand how to keep KoH informed, educated and entertained.
The Roles of OLS
There are 3 different positions available to join in OLS, excluding the lead position. The roles of the OLS team are as follows:
- Lead -
Phusion
The lead of OLS ensures the smooth running of the team as a whole. The lead is in charge of setting up applications for new members to apply, holding interviews for positions, ensuring new members of the team are fully trained, and much more. All concerns and queries about OLS should be directed to the lead.
- Forum Moderators -
:Tanya, Andrewday11, Charcuterie, Diddles26346, liale06, Maheenk, oreo270 & Reilln95
The forum moderators of OLS overlook the general forum and ensure that all agency logging is done correctly, and edit posts or issue warnings as necessary. They also make sure that all posts adhere to the rules of KoH: no bullying, no discrimination, etc.
- Social Media Administrators -
TwilightTigris & Gfsfg2
The social media admins of OLS maintain the social media accounts of KoH. They post updates about current and upcoming events, pictures and screenshots, and encourage discussion to keep the conversation and outreach high on the accounts.
- Graphic Designers -
MENTALIST12
The graphic designers of OLS are tasked with designing interesting and eye-catching graphics for use on the social media hubs, as well as the forum and RoyalKingdomofHabbo.com. They are usually tasked with designing graphics for theme days, but sometimes create graphics for one-off events too.

Forum Guide: Warnings & How to Avoid Them
Arguably, the forum moderators' main duty is to issue warnings when things are not logged correctly on the general forum, or if a member is misbehaving. A moderator will first notice the mistake or behavior, correct the problem, issue the warning, and then log the warning in the forum mods sub-forum. Forum warnings are however, NOT official KoH warnings. Most forum warnings are related to incorrect logging, and these do not count against you as a an upstanding member of the agency, nor are they to be taken as discipline. Warnings are typically used to help instruct and inform members on how to correctly utilize the forums features. Do not be alarmed if you are issued one! Simply take it on board as a helpful comment from one of the OLS team members.

As seen on the left, when a moderator is issuing a warning, they will be presented with a list of reasons for the warning. They must select one to continue with the warning. 9 times out of 10, the warning will be for either 'Username does not meet requirements', or 'Logs are not equivalent to the template provided'. After this, the moderator is promoted to add some comments so that the member receiving the warning is aware of how to avoid the mistake again. The other 'reasons' for warnings are generally related to bad behavior or non-adherence to forum rules: these may or may not be issued in addition to an actual KoH warning, depending on the severity of the act.
So, now you may be thinking: how can I, and my fellow KoH members, avoid warnings? Here are a few tips to keep in mind when using the general forum:
Include your tag in your forum username when you create an account. For example, oreo270's tag is [ore], so her forum username is oreo270 [ore]
Use the templates provided in the sub-forums when creating your first log for training, promotions, etc
Ensure you only have ONE log for each type (e.g. one training log, one promotion log, etc). You do not need to create a new Training log every time you train someone new; you just need to post the log as a new reply in your already-existing log
Include the date, time and timezone of all logs
Refresh the ID thread before posting a new ID to ensure you have the most up-to-date and the next consecutive ID available
Double-check all usernames and IDs are typed correctly before posting
Follow the forum policies at all times!
The Online Services team is currently looking for new members! You can apply on the forums here for any of the available positions: Forum Moderator, Graphic Designer and Social Media Admin.
