Reilln95 | Report of The Recruitment team | June 13, 2016

June 13th, 2016 (Monday) – The topic of this week is all about teams, and I will be doing the report about The Recruitment Team. This team is an interesting one, because the team’s activity is almost 100 percent invisible! You may ask, why? It is one of the best and most active teams in the Kingdom of Habbo. Their existence merely exists like a shadow, but believe me, it’s much more than that. The team members' contributions are ones that should be praised, because they have been working hard for so long on scouting people to join KoH.

The Recruitment Team, also known as The Advertisement Unit, makes great efforts to bring people of Habbo to join KoH. They’re constantly recruiting and scouting all the people around Habbo. They’re also advertising and promoting our agency at the same time while recruiting. Also, they mostly go to Public Rooms such as Picnic, Welcome Lounge, Theater, Coffee House, ClubNX and other rooms to scout and recruit the people who are interested in getting a job and work in Habbo.

The Recruitment Team has their own leader and co-lead in order to lead and assist the team to its highest peak. The members who lead the team are, Gfsfg2 and her co-leader, TwilightTigris. This team has their own tasks and responsibilities, like the other teams too. Only, their tasks are more challenging and maybe harder than any other tasks. It is because they have to cross paths with all kinds of people in Habbo. Criticism, trollers, scammers, or any other things or people that may hold their way back in scouting, and it’s actually happened to them. For the tasks, they need to go scout or recruit for at least one hour every day. It will be a bonus if they manage to scout at least one person to join KoH in an hour, as this task's success rate is like 50%. But if they go scouting for more than one hour, the probabilities of success get higher too. This means that more time they use to scout and recruit, the more chance they have in inviting people to join KoH.

The way of recruiting people varies as there are many methods on how to scout people. Each is different, and depends on the creativity of the members who scout. Mostly, the members will start scouting by greetings, or making new friends with the people first before they truly ask them about whether or not they want to join KoH. Some members would go straight to the point when asking, which is to ask directly to the person if they want a job or to join KoH. But some of the members are making friends with the person and then invite them to join KoH when the timing is right, and this is usually more effective than going straight to asking them to join.

In The Recruitment Team, there are currently 5 members excluding the leader and the co-leader which make it 7 members overall. The members of this team are as follow:

However, the team still need one more Scout member to be full, as they need 6 members excluding the leader and the co-leader. So, there’s still one spot open for the team, and this spot is open to whoever is in the Races Division and above, and can be applied for in the Team Forum.

Overall, this team is one of the best teams in KoH, as they help contribute the efforts in developing KoH as the best agency in Habbo. The team members’ efforts and work will always be noticed and appreciated as they get to achieve and master the skills of communication and teamwork in the Kingdom of Habbo.
