We all have something in common: we all love working at the Kingdom of Habbo. If we didn't love it, we wouldn't be here, right? There are many perks to the job: fun events, the opportunity to develop yourself and the kingdom, making friends, and more. However, there are always downsides to jobs, even in the Habbo world! In this week's interview, I have sat down with 4 Royal Officials to find out more about the hardships they encounter at KoH. Our interviewees this week are: .:Specalist:., Jadeforevs2, darkmango, and an anonymous RO.
What is the hardest thing about working in KoH, in your opinion? Anonymous RO (A): Well, [it's hard] when there's hardly anyone in the base, I guess .:Specalist:. (S): Race simulator training is the hardest thing. It's way too long. Jadeforevs2 (J): The promotion timeline. As you rank up, you start disappearing more from KoH, because you know you won't be getting a promo in a long time. darkmango (D): Ummm, probably the logging process. It's not that hard, it just takes too much time to do it.
Is there any stations you dislike working on? S: None really. A: I like them all :3 D: Oh. I like all stations. J: Not really, all of 'em are fun.
What do you do when there are other members who you don’t get along with? (Don't name any names, please!) J: I'm not one to want things to go too far, so if we are disagreeing with anything, I'll just say that we are both wrong. If that doesn't work, then I'll leave the room. D: I try to talk to them in the most correct way possible, even though I don't get along with them. A: Well, I would ignore them. But I don't really talk much to anyone, so I can't really say. :3 S: Just ignore them.
Do you feel you can approach the higher ranking members of KoH when things get tough? S: Yes, ofc I would. A: Yes. J: Yes. D: Yes, of course, I have already done that. When I have doubts about something, I always speak to them.
What do you do when you just don’t feel like working? D: I FTB because maybe there are other workers that maybe want to work, and I am just taking the seat that could be their's. J: Oh, I wouldn't know this one but, I would log off because if I don't feel like working, I'm not jsut gonna sit around. A: I would usually just go off Habbo or play games hosted by other people :3 But if not doing so, I keep working, and get back into the mood. S: gtfo Habbo :l
Are there any other struggles you can relate to in regards to working at KoH? J: Well I find it hard focusing on school and here, with the tasks and the teams. Eventually I'll get the hang of it! *heart* D: The only thing that I don't understand is the pay system, I think it is confusing. S: Nothing at all. A: Nope :3
Lucky for us, we have some responsible and respectful members who look like they can handle the tough situations that KoH can throw at them. These are things we should all aspire to do as upstanding members of the Kingdom: make good decisions, respect others, and just do your best! Thank you to our interviewees for giving us some perspective on how they cope day-to-day, and until next time: have a good week!
